Merle Fernandez is my 1st cousin! Rudy and I grew up and hung out together as young teens. He came to my hotel room when I visited the Philippines for the 1st time in 25 yrs & told me he was sick, 1 yr before he died. He had made peace w/ God & himself and accepted his illness and fate long before his passing. He never asked "WHY me?" But I do understand that my cousin, Merle is NOT yet ready to accept that her lil' brother is gone forever! In time, she will! Let's NOT judge her!

you're right merle...what you said is not a Christian way but we do understand. you are hurting over the loss of your brother. am praying for you and your family. have faith in GOD...rudy is now in heaven where there's no more pain, no more sorrow and no more tears and someday once you have accepted JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR, you will see your brother again. there'll be a great reunion in heaven for you and the rest of your family who have gone before.
