Why waste all the time and money? The border is wide open, anyone can get a great job without any documents and the government doesn't care. I know dozens of illegals and they've been here for years. Even if they're busted for theft, drugs or drunk driving they are NEVER deported. Just come here, they won't even ask if you come from the Mexican border. 15,000,000 without documents are living proof. With fake ID you get free medical, housing, food! Trust me, don't worry.
whether the gov't will admit it or not, the love to see heterosexual marriages where it involves 1 or more immigrants. this is the backbone of the american society. they would rather see a foreigner with a ssn than a foreigner thats here out of status and illegal. they can hold the petitioner's feet to the fire because you are financially responsible for them so its no risk for the gov't. man, i love this country.
So my fiance and need to get married in order to facilitate the process. His Visa is soon to expire. I will check out our web site and see how quickly we need to move. We do not want hm to leave and come back.

@clarkmudson I can see why laws are in place. All countries have them. But marriage is one of the easiest way to get a green card.
