Looking at John I would never guess that he had the problems he mentions. I can't say that he did not need all those trips to the hospital. I don't know. It is interesting that the after care, the support of another understanding person, after the hospital trips, was then able to add to the help he already had and that made a profound difference. There is a lot of efforts there.
