So sorry for your experience there. I got the heck outta Dodge a few years ago. It was a great place to live under Skyline Management but once Niederst took over, the writing was on the wall for me.  Oh, and they rent to Section 8 folks too...so glad I got out of there.

Correction! Haiti, not Indonesia. Ohio is one of the worst places to live. It's a very racist state where the only laws we have are the ones used against us. They are quick to fire you for the same things that they do. If you talk to someone while working, they fire you, when they do it they call in public relation. Our education is Radio One and BET inducing ignorance enabling us to be taken advantage of by the brainwash of our intelligence. We have to fight these type of people!

here is the lesson....unhealthy living conditions, many lease violations (ohio revised code 5321.04), people will dogs illegally, and many other violations. if you complain, they will just remove you.
