@idkahhhh not every UI is like this. teh standard wow interface has much more space, but with add ons, and stats and buffs etc you need for raiding the screen fills up. the top right is the buffs you have from your party, bottom is the skills/ dps meters and aggro meters.

In this video, the core addons you see are Bartender for my bar mod, Pitbull for my Character/target frames, Grid for my raid frames, Omen for threat meter, Recount for a multitude of purposes (as a tank DPS really isn't something I drool over ;-p) MSTB (Mik's Scrolling BAttle Text) for my combat text, Chatter for my chatbox and Tidyplates threatplates for my enemy nameplates. This UI is, of course, not being used anymore due to the LUA changes in Cata and its now much  more streamlined.
