I don't think u bow 3 three time... That's too much. You only bow to an elderly person (only to adults/strangers/someone who you respect) and when you do bow, you bow once and it doesn't even have to be 90'. It can just be a bit of a bend showing respect

@4evashawol Because in Korea, people have to bow 3 times for respect ^^ It's impolite if you didn't :) Unlike other countries, you can just casually say "Hi, what's up!", "Yo!" or just slap each other at the back but not in Korea. They'll think your impolite and rude :) And the way they bow has to be 90 degrees :) Sometimes juniors who are younger always constantly bow at seniors :))

@MLC92 actually in this case... he's bowing because she's complimenting him at the end. she's his sunbae (senior in the industry) so in korean culture to have your senior compliment you, he's trying to be respectful. He bows 90 degrees, and then even lower. usually the lower you bow, the more respect you're showing. It was unexpected, that's why the girl was surprised and got up to bow back
