I think it looks unique much like the player who it represents. Nuno is not your average guitar hero. He is passionate and has a high musical I.Q. Plus, I dig the Mourning Widows logo on there. I bet it sounds crazy good.

Well i think you got that wrong, if amps were only about soundwaves then they should have no housing, no tolex, nothing. Amps are all styled in a way so that they please your ear and your eye. Its just that this one is styled pretty wrong.

if it was only for protection then i'm pretty sure that aluminium and a thick layer of rubber would be the stuff to use. check out splawn's website and see for yourself that housings are made according to the taste of the client

Aluminium eh? Yeah, that'd be fun to carry around. This is Nuno's signature amp, not yours, everyone's taste/opinion differs. There is no right or wrong.

Yep aluminium, absorbing the heat from the tubes and pretty tough for the road use. lighter than wood too.

as for signatures, its just an artist being paid to lend his name to a product, NOT an artist having a company build a custom product to his taste. The product targets the public so it should be styled accordingly.
