Sweet! I grew up in Wenchang in the northeastern part of Hainan and my older bro and a friend of his taught me to surf there like 6 years ago. I guess we were probably some of the first, if not the very first, people to surf in Hainan. I want to go back soooooo bad!!
Yeah I was there Judged the contest, it was fun and small surf. Most people there were having fun. The Surf was bigger the day before and a day after the contest. That's always the way though.
