oh man I'll never forget the intro music to this game. Indycar racing 2 and nascar racing 2 were the only 2 games I played back in the day. Good times.

Yeeesh, even the video games from back then are more interesting than "Indycar" racing today ... Loved this game back in the day, Cleveland was a riot. The old Vancouver layout with all the concrete was pretty sick as well.

I USED to have this game! i did a LOT of crashes! and most were intentional! i did a crash at Long Beach one time that shredded a car so bad all that was left was the driver's pod thingy where he sits!

O...M...G!!!! I loved this game so much when I was younger. I couldn't stop playing it and I never skipped the intro movie because of the music. I was so sad when we upgraded our computer and I tried to go back to it. It still ran, but I couldn't figure out how to get the audio to work again. I think I'll try right now, since it's so many years later. :P

Oh yes! I loved this game and played it for hours back then, amazing how racing sims have evolved since then. The game is nowadays playable on the Dos box emulator for those who wanna go back to memory lane.

If it works i think i'll be playing it again. Portland was my favourite track in this game, and i always fucked up in vancouver ;)

The modern form of IndyCar '95 is in a simulator game. In the rFactor the mod is so cool, so realistic every part of it. It's fantastic, just try it.

It should work on XP. Right click on file 'windy.exe. and select 'Properties' -> 'Compatibility'. Once at the Compatibility menu, select 'Run in 640x480 screen resolution' and fire up the game again.

I still play this game until nowadays, it´s impressive! I remember myself in 1996 spending hours and hours playing it. What impresses me about ICR2 is how an old game like this can still be so realistic, specially regarding car handling and race dynamics. It´s still a respectable racing Simulation, with capitol "S". Papyrus rocks!

This simulator game was the best ever, with that amazing garage where you have a lot of settings arrangements to do in. If you are a keyboard driver, then ICR2 was better than GP3 and GP4, also you can feel the changes in garage get its affect clear in the tracks. I am searching for the 3D version of this supreme game.

Indycar Racing II!! :D I had this game! The MS-DOS version run very well on Windows XP if you have installed VDMSound. One of the best Indycar simulators of all times!
