I agree...it's really anoying trying to level up the right way because of the Modders. I like COD5 better than some of the other themes, and it really is aggrevating. I find myself actually trying to hide on Headquarters games, rather than actually joining in. When I see these idiots flying around the screen, or shooting with no weapon in hand, it is really annoying.
What about me being tagged? :( All of my challenges are locked and everything that I have to level up and get says "NEW." Has anybody experienced this? If so, will it go away? I'd hate to have to make a new account just so I can play this without this crap on there.
Iv contacted activision about this problem about a month ago and they said thier aware of the problem and all parties(Treyarch and Xbox Live) have been notified.

It is really quite pathetic really, because I was in a game and then all these hackers showed up and they were invincible and were flying through the sky and they didn't have to reload. The fact that you can die is what makes it fun, and I don't see the point is ruining that. But it goes to show that you are completely terrible at something if you hack it and lose. Seriously I was in these games and I was getting Higher scores than them.
I called Activision yesterday and they told me that they (in collaboration with Microsoft) and trying to stop the problem, but I'm not sure of how much they are trying because from what I know this has been going on since late May. The guy told me that if I see a hacker then to report them because it would help. These guys are in every single game, and it is really annoying.

I totally agree with you buddy. I'm an extreamly skillful and talented COD player, and it pisses me off when sum jackass who is clearly not as good as me hacks the fukkkin game and makes himself invincible. Not only does this put a buffer on my talent, but it destroys my gaming experience, and many others in WAW online. I pay xbox live a hefty fee for a great gaming experience online and if they let a bunch of fukkers take over that's disappointing. To all you that hack; go fukk yourselves.

REMEMBER TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON EVERY HACKER YOU SEE. I get sick of hackers ruining games. It has gotten bad. I see 2-5 hackers in each COD: WAW game i go to. So this hacking really needs to stop. I still play COD: WAW. Because i make sure i file a complaint on every single hacker out there and not just COD: WAW. But other games too. We all pay for Xbox Live and i am not backing DOWN!!! :)

the amount of people with mods has increased even more now as news spreads fast in the playground at school. Activision should be sued for letting this happen, does anybody know if they have released a statement concerning the issue? probably not as they just look after black ops now! just you wait i wonder how long it will take for black ops to be corrupted in the same way, it really is a consumer issue and xbox and activision need to act fast or their business will be finished.

It is really quite pathetic really, because I was in a game and then all these hackers showed up and they were invincible and were flying through the sky and they didn't have to reload. The fact that you can die is what makes it fun, and I don't see the point is ruining that. But it goes to show that you are completely terrible at something if you hack it and lose. Seriously I was in these games and I was getting Higher scores than them.

I called Activision yesterday and they told me that they (in collaboration with Microsoft) and trying to stop the problem, but I'm not sure of how much they are trying because from what I know this has been going on since late May. The guy told me that if I see a hacker then to report them because it would help. These guys are in every single game, and it is really annoying.
