Would you say that doing the flip off the back of the swing is easier than doing it off the front? I usually do backflips of the front of my swing, but I can do them off the back. It has become a really easy skill for me and I want to try doubles. I was just wondering which way would be easier. Are they hard and scary? And where did you get your mat? Sorry to ask sooooo many questions! Haha

Yes, off the back is easier for doubles. They aren't that hard (just get really high and hold your tuck) but they are hella scary lol. And that mat, I had borrowed it from somewhere so I don't really know where you can get one. No problem! Glad to help.

nice. in 4th grade my friend did a double backflip into just sand but he launched forwards. incase u didnt know to do a forwards backflip you get a good momentum going and just lean back, but try to do a backflip at the same time
