I think that David Archuleta definitely needed the title of American Idol because it would help him grow and mature as an artist, while David Cook could do anything instead of using the American Idol label which is better because he has more freedom as of what kind of music he wants to do which really is important for any artist like him. Stil David Cook is awesome and I wish both of them the best!
