why does he have to do almost the same robot thing everytime?

I guess its because the type of dancing he does takes a long time for him to form a new routine so he does the same thing over and over again. Plus it must put a lot of stress on his body to move like that. It looks easy but some of those moves, he might be forcing himself to do.
