@davybabyson thats what you want to do..the sr is garbage..your trading a NA 2.4 for a FI 2.0...why not FI the 2.4 and have that much more displacement? There are a ton of basic turbo ka's running around my area making mid to high 300's to the wheels. Not to mention you can make a lot more NA power with the ka than you can with the sr20.
a little tech if youre wondering about a sr20 swap or a going ka-t. the sr has lower compression due to the lower displacement, therefore it spools turbos slower. also, it is made of aluminum, whereas the ka is made of cast iron, obviously making the ka stronger. with aftermarket heads and head gasket the ka can withstand higher boost pressure than the sr. the sr gives you better power out of the package but with a little money, you'll enjoy much greater power gains out of the ka. just a lil fyi
