listened to this song a lot in car this summer) this guy came to US from Ukraine when he was a teenager. there was some kind governmental program for those who suffered from Chernobyl accident. He didn't come back to Ukraine) as for me he's kinda Gypsy Manu Chao) and he uses his Russian accent funny. He can speak and sing in good English, but the accent makes his singing more authentic.
