@MobHeataEnt i think i might able to answer that. in the book the God father it was described that sonny was well endowed. in most cases when a man has that much or even too much between his legs he has an uncontrollable desire to want to use it often on as many as he could. he tends to forget what he has waiting for him at home. i agree, the lady who played sandra was gorgeous. id have plenty of fun just with her. but im not the promiscuous type. sonny had twice as much as i or most guys.

Sonny is so awesome, hes tough and cool yet tender and sweet towards his sister and defends her honor after her husband beats her up, the same husband that Sonny introduced her to in the final scene of part 2 so Sonny felt bad because he put that bastard into her life and Carlo betrayed him and his sister by being violent towards her.

so true! I've always loved that Coppola followed the Puzo's book and together with those brilliant actors created the fantastic, real characters. And here, exacly in the construction of the personalities- the drama, great conflict in the scenario, began! Michael-from the begining pictured as young, innocent boy who want to have normal life, who-for his own father- is someone ''better'', who stay almost outside of the family and buisness, in the end become Don.

I liked the character of Sonny.

But he wasn't a total family man.

He definetly didn't love his wife.

He didn't seem happy with her at all and not once in the movie did he ever show any affection towards her.

Sonny did however love his sister, brothers, and parents.
