Uhm, best tip I can give is just to make a full party of friends to spawn trap and after a while you will KNOW the spawns. For nuketown in specific, you should try to have most people (like always) in the spawn, with my favorite spots being both of the gardens. If you can kill the people around you and use high kill streaks you will be fine. Hell, I got 186 kills not too long ago doing that.
