@SeansFood three ring gas stove. I live in asia. :D ovens tend to be luxuries and there's not much call for it in our cuisine/culture. Until you're into baking. Most you need down here to cook a meal is that stove, a wok, a steamer and the occasional pot.
The method shown in this video, looks like a painless way to cook up a meal pretty quickly! You could do one for fish/meat, one for vegetable, then eat it with a plate of asian style rice of your choice. ta da! meal for 4 done!

Wow that fish cooked up so amazingly! Since you had already gutted the fish. did this include removing the scales also? That may have sounded like a silly question but i am not used to eating real fish haha. Is it white wine that is recommended with fish? Or is it red?
@darkage5 Haha yes, the fish was fully scaled and gutted. All done by the fish monger. Its usually white wine you drink with fish I believe. Or like me, a pint of beer, Lol! Not really a wine drinker.
