  • all these cars are rc touring cars which are AWD, in real life though, in a full size car it is extremely difficult to drift AWD

  • I think either one would do, but I'm not familiar with either.

    As long as the tyres are not too grippy , a standard 540 motor will be enough.

    Here, now, we are mostly using Tamiya Super Drift Tech tyres, good tyre ;)

  • what body was the all yellow one, it looked like a lancer evo but i culdnt tell.

  • i have a tamiya TT01-D chasis, sports tuned motor, drift tires, special suspension tunings, full ball bearings kit, heat sink, aliminum drive shaft.. the works.

    yet i cannot drift a long as the clip on here..

    any suggestions would be appriciated.

  • I ran a TA05 at that meeting. But there were many other chassis being used, HPI, Yokomo, Hot bodies, Corally, other Tamiyas etc

  • the stock class were using pvc/urethane and the mod class were using HPI's, kawadas (rubber drift tyres) etc
