Hey, one of my lovebirds died and we dont know why. The other one doesn't see to be eating much. is it cause his beak is too long. We put vitamins in his water till wefind a solution. Please help.

If you have a bird that is severely biting people, STOP HANDLING THE BIRD. The bird doesn't trust you or the person he is biting, so you need to work to build the trust. You start by simply sitting next to the cage and talking softly to the bird. Don't use fast movements around the bird. Don't do anything the bird might see as a threat, and work your way into handling him. When he is ready, he will let you know through his reaction to you.
