From my point of view, since I did the pass. The ball did not hit the shaft, i would have heard a metalic noise, and didn't. The goal was way ahead of his goals, the ball flew over the front wheel, and not the frame (huge frame by the way), bounced right at the bottom of the left cone. You can't see it because I'm in the way, and the goal wasn't counted because of that. The ref didn't see where the ball landed.

If you pause it right on 12 seconds... it looks like it's on the shaft just above the head.

Personally, I dislike highsticking, whether or not people are close or not. It can only take a split second for a gap to be closed.

Actually the shot looks legit to me. But I'd be asking the shooter to verify.

Not sure how strict the high sticking rule is over there, but here we say it's cool if nobody is near you. If it came off the shaft, no goal. But good proof of concept and I expect we'll see a bit more of it.
