@gazzymodo Thanks so much. I seem to have missed your comment. I am hoping to make an album this year. The thing is, no matter how many times I record a song, I am never satisfied with it and feel I should have done it differently or could have done it better. So I will have to be firm with myself.
Very nice, Sameh - I think this is your best vocal to date. A nice piece of "speech level singing" - you actually remind me very much of Chet Baker in this.
@cardwell Just listened to 'My Funny Valentine'. I see what you mean, but I can only wish I sang like that. He uses his voice like a musical instrument.
@bunchie1966 You still remind me of him. You're right though, once you get familiar with his trumpet style and his singing they both sound very similar!
