  • cooll song nice

  • @OdarionAbreu Thanks. Glad you liked it.

  • Nice song! Have you tried it with guitar instead of sax?

  • Thanks for posting this. nice song!

  • it has that nice 70s sound to it.

  • I really like this... i always enjoy your melodic 70's sounding songs ! Love the Major 7ths, nice laid back sax solo too. If you haven't already done so, you should make an album. Gary t.

  • @gazzymodo Thanks so much. I seem to have missed your comment. I am hoping to make an album this year. The thing is, no matter how many times I record a song, I am never satisfied with it and feel I should have done it differently or could have done it better. So I will have to be firm with myself.

  • Very sweet voice. Enjoyed this one as well.

  • @ilovedreams1000 Thank you. You are very kind.

  • Very nice, Sameh - I think this is your best vocal to date. A nice piece of "speech level singing" - you actually remind me very much of Chet Baker in this.

  • @cardwell Thanks for listening. I'm glad you liked it.

  • @cardwell I checked out Chet Baker on YouTube, but could only find instrumentals. Do you mean the style of the song?

  • @bunchie1966 Chet was a brilliant trumpeter but he also sang. Search for Chet Baker Singing and you'll find some.

  • @cardwell Just listened to 'My Funny Valentine'. I see what you mean, but I can only wish I sang like that. He uses his voice like a musical instrument.

  • @bunchie1966 You still remind me of him. You're right though, once you get familiar with his trumpet style and his singing they both sound very similar!

  • @bunchie1966 look at this clip - CHET BAKER Little girl blue - I can't post the URL here but you should be able to find it.

  • The smoky sax works great.

  • @BonelessSausage Thanks for commenting. Glad you like it.

  • Very beach worthy. Walking along a beach wishing you have a love by your side.

  • @BonelessSausage I was thinking of being marooned on an island as a metaphor for loneliness.
