oh man im only a 2nd year at playing the violin but as hellsn499 said you did pretty darn good at this! i understand what you meant about playing the high G... on the E string yes? lol i think it sounds just fine but it does hurts the ears lol so shifting is a good idea. lol i dont go no where near shifting i just go on to the next string unless its the E string where i absolutely have to. but anywho great video i enjoyed it!!

But I have to say that this comment is silly. one day when you grow older (perhaps) you may come to realise that all expectations are nonesense and have nothing to do with love. There is no need to repent because as soon as you repent, you miss. just continue. "Seriously..." Why be serious? Relax and have fun and your playing will improve.

That was pretty good for not really knowing the song. You should try playing the original version of the song, it might be easier. It's by Josh Gorban.

I really liked the ending because it got better and you were really into it. ^.^ Your intonation was really good as well. Now I can't nag you as much with that. XD

Also, with longer notes, I suggest you slow down your bow so you don't have to rush to the next note.
