  • gives me goosepumps. This is simply great

  • Doyle Bramhall is awesome!

  • this is gods not dogs

  • I love the little smile he gives at 4:55 seeing as how he actually spit at one of the fans during one of his performances years ago.

  • takes me back to my school days, awsome version of a pink floyd classic.

  • la frase del final del solo sonó horrible

  • what a live performance..best live dogs i've ever seen

  • can someone give me some educated suggestions as to what is the cheapest way to create keyboard effects like what john carrin does in the mid way solo....

he has the keyboard with the dial thing... i do not have such a thing, what shoul di buy??? are there synths that can do it?

  • @koushymama I like Kurzweil keyboards. All decent keyboards have a pitch / modulation wheel.

  • greatest ending ever.

  • I'm watching this and noticing the images of some of the inflatables used during the 1977 In The Flesh Tour (The fat businessman, the car and the refridgerator of snakes)..I was always told that it was either the opening of the car's hood or the fridge in which snakes fell onto the stage.

I'm not sure if things were that elaborate or just a chemically enduced memory.

    Thanks for posting this...Cheers.

  • @MrFloydianSlip Yes i noticed that too,but i think those aren't snakes but sausages,i think i saw somewhere and it makes more sense.

  • I got to laugh at Rog and the guy behind him @ 4:21 doing a shadows impersonation

  • The drumming is insane

  • @eleventhsun i'm going in april 2O11 haha. <3

  • @itisaFairytale oh ya, im going in october 1st, THIS YEAR. it'l be great! i hope the 2011 one is cool also.

  • Thank you so much for posting this, my fav Pink Floyd song and album. Animals is so great and so underrated. Dogs shows David and Roger at their very best.

  • I still havnt figured out what Doyle is doing with the Volume knobs and pickup switches durring his solos. I think on of his volume knobs is retro fitted to some kind phase or pitch shift deal that only runs in a certain pickup.

If you look at 3:42 he does it and Andy Fairweather Low gives him a kinda.....Can you pull it off? look...... and then Doyle looks at Andy and they both exchange smiles. I think he got this from Andy as I have seen him do this before many years ago live.

  • Just fucking incredible. Thats is how you do it Mr Gilmore.

  • @marcusdolby1 Gilmour isn't in this video, though...

  • @jjobie Yeh I know he isnt. And David is one of my favorite Guitar players. What I was saying is, I saw David Gilmore and Company live and the show was pretty good but lacked something. Then I saw Roger and Company during this tour in Charlotte NC. It was amazing to say the least. Even though David had Rick and Nick it just wasnt half as good as it was with just Waters. Love Floyd but I have to say Roger does it for me with this band. Hes clearly the man.

  • Roger Waters, Doyle Bramhall II, Graham Broad, and Jon Carin Great song love the Harmonic solo's with slight pitch diff. F***ing great...Still love my Gilmore tho..Dont hate love em both.

  • man this song is great.
