Good tips! Good point about the Tangle Teazer. I never tried it, but it didn't look like something that would be good for my hair. I just detangle with a wide-tooth comb in the shower, and it works fine. It takes a little while, but it works. LOL

Also, I like what you said about doing everything the opposite of a relaxer. That is so true. I've never really thought about that before! :)

@CurlyCrazyfulLeah nope! one look at that thing and I knew! lol, I've seen a few reviews where people said it caused their hair to break! yeah we gotta take some time with our hair but the results are very worth it! freedom from relaxers lol

Hey Lei, I bought a polyester scarf a few weeks ago when when I was travelling and sleeping at a friends house so I used that at night instead of my satin bonnet. The thing about polyester is that it looks and feels almost like silk. I know the rule is no cotton but silk or satin instead, but what about polyester? Do you think it's fine? It definately feels nothing like cotton and more like silk.

@gggrinz Ive never used a polyester scaft before. The whole idea of wearing scarfs is to keep the moisture in your hair! See how your hair feels when you wear it. If it starts to feel dry then stop using it! x
