  • I'm 17 i found out i have Limb-Girdle MD last summer and I'm not sure if i can live like this. I think about it every day wondering how weak im going to get and in this video it looks like you have trouble moving your arms, I don't want to go through this.

  • @MrPurplewing I'm 31 yrs old now and I was diagnosed with it when I was about you age.

nobody wants to go through this.

Then only thing that I can tell you is that you're still young to get prepared for what is coming. At the end nothing else like good people that care about you.

It does not mean that you won't be able to do nothing. I have the same trouble with my arms like the guy in the video and I'm still able to run my electronics repair business with 3 employees.

  • evanescence FTW! :D

  • I am now 32 yrs old with Limb-Girdle MD. I no longer can walk. So I use a power chair. I been in the chair for about 5yrs now.

  • How old are you? can you still walk at all or is just easier to be in the chair? Im 31 living with an unknown type of lgmd and use a treking pole as a walking stick but.... you know the game.

  • Can you tell me what kind of treatment and drugs you are taking now?
