Wonder if the defense will give the court a good reason why the materials shouldn't be released. Mason suspects there may be privelage whatever over the materials so he already knows what they are referring to even though he officially joined the defense at 11 AM today? Guess that means Casey knows they were referring to her letters.

How will it be damaging to your client Jose? Did this same defense ask the Prosecutor's request not to be granted when they filed for in camera ex parte?

She never acknowledges them what so ever. The least she could do is smile, mouth hi, i love you or thank you, for that matter... They have after all gave there lives not only to help support her and raise Caylee in the past but by also choosing to abandon little Caylee once again and stand by her side. Maybe, she is too ashamed to look them in the eyes. Or she believes on some level they are also to blame by "driving" her to do this. i can see her twisted mind convincing her of ths. 2 b cont...

Pretend like you had other people to talk to or you were rushed out of court. Cindy not even making eye contact with George trying to act happy distracting herself to avoid it.
