This is SO informative! I've learnt a lot in these 6 minutes. I was looking for a good vanilla ice cream recipe and this looks promising, especially with the techniques so well-explained, so I'll probably try this out. Thank you :)
If you have a cooking show and the audience can't see what you're doing...you FAIL! I don't care how good your recipe is, or how good of a cook you are, your camera angles are pathetic. Thumbs down.
