The actor/actress in the Mickey costume did a great job. I liked the cute little head shake he/she did at 0:35...very in-character.

hey this hd video is awesome and very cool but if your trying to find the control room.....its in the fantasmic building  ;-)

there is no fantasmic building. the control room for Fantasmic is right above Pirates of the Caribbean. If you look up there at night you will see two windows and inside those windows you can see the glow of computer monitors.
