Mirror's Edge 2 should really get an online "Cops and robbers" gametype. One team of runners have a package. they have to deliver it from A to B. The cops have to stop them at any cost.
You know how Ezio has those random times of, "I feel like going this way now" and you're yelling at him "but we're on a wall at the highest point in the game!" and he goes "oh well, weeeee!"
75% of all the tricking, parkour and other stuff in the runners scene is so awesome that i practiced it all and im able to do 75% of all the stuff shown in this vid

@Hiksu40 actually, EA just POSTPONED the sequel for a few years, however i think there is a wee bit of feces coming from a bull in there. the first was beautiful, had AMAZING parkour and graphics, plus what i thought was a good story. however.... it did need better physics and gun play, other than that, this was THE best game I've ever played (i am a traceur.)

Heh. Mirror's Edge 2 needs more then just open world. They need a multiplayer. Like, CPF Icarus agents would be chasing the Runner's, who are holding an important package and attempting to get from one place to another. Or...Like a Race. don't get me wrong, i love mirrors edge, and i think a movie would be a great idea! But i wish the game allowed you to take any route you desired rather than take the "bright red" route which is the only route you can take.
Mirrors Edge 2 HAS to have a free roam. They should also put citizens you can interact with, and you can get into trouble. And of course.... MULTIPLAYER :D

@firefoxdw the red is supposed to be "Runner vision" it's how the game shows you which things you can interact with and jump from. Mainly for New players.
@goppel1 then what would be the point in the story? because when (if) they make the second one, they'll put a lot of effort into the story because many claimed it needed a stronger story with more contrast.
I like the game and all, but I think its so bizarre how some kids might get an idea to jump around some roofs thinking this "parkour" is something that just requires practice. The game shows some absolutely impossible stunts that will get people killed. There should have at least been a warning for players to not imitate this fantasy and not attempt anything like this.
Am i the only person who wants to learn parkour but never got around to it.

@firefoxdw the red is supposed to be "Runner vision" it's how the game shows you which things you can interact with and jump from. Mainly for New players.

@goppel1 then what would be the point in the story? because when (if) they make the second one, they'll put a lot of effort into the story because many claimed it needed a stronger story with more contrast.

I like the game and all, but I think its so bizarre how some kids might get an idea to jump around some roofs thinking this "parkour" is something that just requires practice. The game shows some absolutely impossible stunts that will get people killed. There should have at least been a warning for players to not imitate this fantasy and not attempt anything like this.
