I think that your use of text inserts could use better timings as it difficult to read all of it particularly at the end.

yes its very good to reach teens
yes i like the way they walk and where it is set
the walk at the start is a bit odd
yes it make me think more realistic about knife crime xx

Yes i do think it reaches your target audience, the animation is really captivating.
I think the animation was the main strengh of your campaign as it's very well thought out and the characters worked really well.
I think the police characters could've been blue to represent police.
