I am a huge fan of BOTH Lady Gaga and SNSD and when I saw a news article about Lady Gaga "stealing" this songs melody I was baffled. I had to listen to both songs but the media is just fucking with everyone. "Be Happy" and "Born This Way" are both completely different. No artist would rip a song off from beginning to end, especially a musical genius like Lady Gaga. I think it's a coincidence and I doubt Gaga has ever heard much of this genre of music anyways.
