uhhh....we own almost all of these, and all of them are not registered and didnt come with a title. u CAN drive them on the road, its just that it would take more time than its worth to register the ones that could even function, like the cop car and mud bogger, and the tundra. the real reason is because in most states you use the motorcycles title 9 the numbers for a bike are on the peace that holds the forks) and you can get away with building crazy things and drive them on the road. You dont have to worry about emissions and safety things. Plus its very easy to throw one together out of anything as you can see from all these pics. Those are just some of the reasons.

Well, It does make sense. And I do understand it a little bit now. But I think for me, it's just a personal thing. I have been on trikes before and I don't like them one bit. (They tip easy, the don't turn worth a shit, etc..) I like speed and stability. Thats where a TRex would be alot more fun for me. But like I said, it`s a personal thing.
