  • Warren Z seems to be out of breath way back here in 82. Wonder if there was already a problem. In his last Letterman he admitted he hadn't seen a doctor in 20 years.

Anyway fantastic song and performance. RIP

  • One of the best ballads ever. Loved this song since I was a kid

  • RIP Warren. you rocked so hard. not many people made songs about war... and im glad you did CUZ THIS SONG KICKS BUTT

  • :) Love this shit

  • im glad he never sold out like other "rocknroll" greats

  • @MrValentinoDracula Im not sure he had a chance. I mean - his last video was on the letterman show (with Schaefer's backing vocals almost eclipsing the wonderful song)

  • Thanks for posting these jd! Zevon really was a genius.

  • Great postings jd, have been a huge Zevon fan since the 70's this is the first time finding this series from 82. Warren wrote and performed many classics, but few are captured live, when he was at his best. This is awesome. Thanks for posting.

  • UN Troops pulling out of Congo..

  • How is that this has only 102 views? People best wake up to this man's genius. One of the best ever...
