  • It's very nice but I wonder how they can be sharper of a half-tone at the end of the piece.

    Anyway, well-done!

  • I would love to sing with your choir!

  • @tuba4me2010 Actually, this sounds nothing like Latin as the Romans spoke it.

  • great sound!

  • nice ^__^ nati

  • i think you all went a bit sharp at 1:52. other than that, perfect.

  • Wonderful pronunciation, just one problem... the alveolar trills (rolled "r"s) are left out, and became "l"s. can't complain though.

  • Have sung this work - you guys are young and I admire youre enthisiasm for music 1000's of miles away - yo look great and the ensemble singing is a joy to hear - oh and dont worry even europeans dont get the latin perfect either :)

  • They went sharp a half step..but other than that its a very nice recording

  • the best performance of this song ive heard

  • excellent

  • my chorus class is doing this song! =D

  • goshh. i love it :D especially their voices

  • bravissimi, bellisima emmissione, e bella pronuncia

  • WOW such perfect pronunciation with almost no accent that isn't Italian!

  • Excellent performance 5* !!!

I have the same, with my choir (men's) and invite you to listen.

    Thanks

  • In Chico, California they hold a Region 5 Honor Choir for High School, and we performed this piece this year. It's been stuck in my head ever since. Excellent job.

  • ..sensazionale..!

  • Grazie.

  • way to go, they did a good job. they did a good job hiding their accents, and making it sound like latin, instead of latin with some oriental accent thrown in.

  • Thank you. It is because we have great instructor.

  • "some Oriental accent?" I'd rephrase that if I were you. that is potentially offensive. you should probably look up the history of Orientalism if you don't know why.

  • Relax and accept this as it was intended, you know, a compliment. Everything someone says is "potentially offensive", especially to those who are looking to be offended. Like you.

  • I'm not going to accept a word historically steeped in racism that's being used with negative connotations. I'll relax if you take the time to make yourself less ignorant.

  • OK, fine. How would you have phrased the original statement in order to remove ALL possibility of "potentially" offending someone.

  • get rid of the word "Oriental," for a start. make it a comment on their great diction without including a derogatory sidenote about the kind of diction you expected them to have based on their race.

you shouldn't have to take the full brunt of this; though; tuba4me2010 made the comment in the first place.

  • wow! that was awesome! My vocal class is singing this song and my biggest fear is that we will forget the words! You guys were great though.

  • u wont forget the wordsd trust me hahs

  • Practice makes perfect!

  • great!! it will be better if u sing it a bit faster though.

  • great job....my college chamber choir also performed this...only advice would be maybe a little faster to highlight some of the vocal lines "in salterium decem chordarum", etc., the interplay between s and t, like a madrigal, almost...

  • congratulations! your version is very good in harmony and your pronunciation in Latin is quite good too.

  • nice...

  • Great Voice!

    Please sing more, post more.

  • I have added some clips of annual concert in this year recently. Hope you will like them!

  • wow....your voices are so nice.....my advice is for you to practice breathing, its nice though the flow of music is relaxing.....BRAVO!!!!

  • Thank you!!!

  • very relaxing... thanks for the beautiful music.

  • You're welcome! :)

  • you guys are SO good!!!!!!!

    KEEP SINGING!!

    KEEP POSTING!!!!!

    Than you SO MUCH!!!
