I thought that this song was well suited to the intro of the movie; far more suited than Dylan's work. Dylan's song was made in a far different context. Yes, "the times were a' changin," but they've change even further still. Critics should move on; most of you weren't even born when Dylan's work came out.. We're so mired in the past even as we say everything has changed since we were children. Good job, Mothernet.

I think the problem a lot have with this is that the original choice is SUCH a perfect fit, and that (at least IMO) the original is one of the best openings to any movie ever. It's not that this doesn't work, it's just that it would be VERY hard to top the original choice. That said, I'd love to see you use this song to make a Watchmen "music video".

bob dylan fits the images much better. the whole point of the intro is to show that while things started of incredibly well for the watchmen (then minutemen) but the times started changing and some got murdered of locked up, while others just got old. And while My Immortal by Evanescence is a very sad song, the combination of the scenes and the original song is just sadder than any other song could invoke.
