we already discussed that, it was upgraded c. 2001 due to heavy vandalism. Schindler had it on there site that HT and 330A came out in 2001! Don't rely on Videos, rely on real facts from the Company's site
Very true; I hate it when the tone is so loud that the buttons rattle, which can happen on elevators with HT Vandal-Resistant fixtures, in which 2 I filmed.

There's an elevator installed in 1998 with HT. It was low-pitched upgraded to the "normal" bells.

Yes, 2100 lbs. is very unusual, but I think the motor size should be 25 HP, since 21 HP motors don't exist.
