pee is probably more sanitary than like sweat, because sweat is all exposed to the elements and there can be a lot of germs that accumulate but pee is completely sanitary as long as it's not been standing for a while. pee gets such a bad rap in western culture, but if you look it up, there's nothing all that bad about it. other than it smells pretty bad if you have a bad diet.
