A good movie is not always about the story. It is about how it is made, how it has been conceptualized, how the story relates to the rest of the movie. For example, if you take The Tree Of Life (Terrence Malick). Even if you know precisely what it is about, the cinematographic experience of that movie is something you can only experience by watching it in a theater, not even on a tv set.

I completely agree with this guy's assessment. The best movies I've ever seen are the ones that people have told me word of mouth I must go see, and they never tell abut the movie, they just tell me to go see it.
