The costume is screen accurate for the most part and her socks are baby blue as are Columbia's but I am not sure about the tap shoes being right, I believe we switched them out on the day of the shoot as the tap plate had broken on a pair. What you are seeing are a pattern of vent holes in the shoes and her blue socks are peeking through.
