Que horrible esto. Where is the debate where is the reflection on the major implications of this "event." These people, together with the politicians and a larger group of technicians and technocrats, just repeat the same old one-sided discourse of Democracy, the meaningful of the symbolism, what a great nation America is, etc..
How can this guy talk about "deep memories" in the same sentence with looking into the future and NYC as a city that will be always optimistic?
Why is this forum wasnt open to student or young arch student and only old mature people?? what do you need to hear Daniel libeskind...Us the younger generation to me Daniel is a breath of fresh air of the Neo-avantguard type of people out there,
Daniel Libeskind appears to be a creative and inspirational artist. Throughout time, his work does not just present a visual content, but also presents stories of each particular work. It's not just buildings, it is pure creative art and I believe that everyone should respect people who create pure artistic abilities that even show a touch of humanities.

I think in shape, yes. But in other regards, particularly materials, it should last.

@hellomate639 His designs are not material. They are ideas. His buildings are built of materials

@John27346
I think you may have completely misunderstood what I said. I like the materials he chooses for his buildings. They fit in well with the shape.
hellomate639 10 months ago
@hellomate639 But we agree that the shape, i.e design, will age horribly.
