And no, Mexico doesnt live in extreme poverty, more poverty is in Mexico than the US, but Mexico is above the level of poverty in many many countries.

Around 6% is living in extreme poverty (less than 2 dlls a day) and around 16% are in "mild poverty". That leaves the other 78% of the population somewhere between MIDDLE CLASS (just as in the US) and upper class. Mexico's not a "poor country" we're a Newly Industrialized Country. Read about it.

I believe there is no need for borders to be made. I feel sad for all of those who don't have faith in Mexico. Such a great country with so much culinary variaty, amasing artists and astonishing writers. A nation to be proud of. All Mexico needs is a little selfconfidence. A greater belief of possitive achievement with its investors. Mexico needs people to bet on Mexico as a prosperous nation. And maybe one day, crossing the border will only mean that a different language is spoken.

No country is perfect. I had been to Mexico a few times and Mexicans should be proud of their country. It is definitely an awesome place, but I find its beauty mostly in its people. Generally, Mexicans are gentle, friendly and simply beautiful people.

Yes it is natural but I dont deny it. While many Americans deny that they do. Mexico is much more powerful than many ignorant people know - or does no one know what the E7 are as per the reports or several financial companies? The E7 are the 7 countries that will replace the G7 of now in 30 years and Mexico is one of them. It is the single one country that has had the most influence on the US internally as well.

I agree with you in almost everything. But the "biggest part of our population" IS NOT living in "extreme porverty". Maybe you should check your facts. Around 6% is living in extreme poverty (less than 2 dlls a day) and around 16% are in "mild poverty". That leaves the other 78% of the population somewhere between MIDDLE CLASS (just as in the US) and upper class. Mexico's not a "poor country" we're a Newly Industrialized Country. Read about it.

According to the 2010 census 50.6 million (out of a 112 million total population) are in poverty, earning $5.6 dlls a day, what you call "mild poverty", yeah, the biggest part of our population is not in extreme/alimentary poverty, but we are far, far away from having a 78% middle and upper class, that is just wishful thinking.

Its intention was not about creating a conscience of Mexico as a country among Americans, but to make some Americans aware that different people have a different focus on our immediate differences.
Our countries are probably separated by a hopeless cultural wall, but the way to overcome this is by starting to develop an understanding as to why this is.

I believe there is no need for borders to be made. I feel sad for all of those who don't have faith in Mexico. Such a great country with so much culinary variaty, amasing artists and astonishing writers. A nation to be proud of. All Mexico needs is a little selfconfidence. A greater belief of possitive achievement with its investors. Mexico needs people to bet on Mexico as a prosperous nation. And maybe one day, crossing the border will only mean that a different language is spoken.

No country is perfect. I had been to Mexico a few times and Mexicans should be proud of their country. It is definitely an awesome place, but I find its beauty mostly in its people. Generally, Mexicans are gentle, friendly and simply beautiful people.

So much of it has been borrowed from other countries and cultures that have been vital to its creation.
So yes, we've 'borrowed'. So have you. All of us have, all over the world. It's rare that you'll find any peoples without foreign influences. It's perfectly natural! :)

Yes it is natural but I dont deny it. While many Americans deny that they do. Even as far as saying that they hate us and want us out of this country when like you have said "is vital to its creation." Especially if the United States was created by immigrants. I know America is the only country to have so many languages and ethnicities living in one place. I´m trying to understand the Mexican people when they watch this video, but at the same time I think they are fooling themselves if they expected a video showing them as very nice people, cultural people or something of that sort, because from the rest of the world´s eyes they are pretty much a 3rd world country with tons of emigration problems and people known for been lazy.

We have a stronger culture than Americans because we have our own cuisine, music and Television.
