it's not a phantom punch lol, I've seen alot of guys go down after getting hit in that part of the head, this hit just the weakest of them. There's obviously some weak spot around that area of the skull, maybe only for some people. Usually they go down from a grazing high kick which looks to just brush their hair, it's weird
