@tyforbeingafriend to have a alien baby your sims has to get abducted by aliens through the telescope. most people do this through a cheat, but it does happen by accident. so that the only way to have a alien baby, unless you have 2 sims aliens who have a baby or a human and a alien have a baby, but then i think it just has green skin. lol! so you're pretty much safe.
