The new rules were positive. However, those consumers with moderate credit card debt have now become the victims of the credit card companies. Hard-working Americans are experiencing notifications from the credit card companies of higher rate--even if they pay over the minimum each month and never have a late payment. Credit card companies are closing paid off accounts, often resulting in lower credit scores. The bottom line, responsible consumers are becoming the victims now.

Ah Credit Cards. I have seen college students use them and they fall victim to it's use. Maybe this is why banks advertise on campus. Just to find new victims to bankrupt.
