@Bajinjo I hope so too. I don't think it's too serious, he said he's ready to start training again for next season and believes he can go 9.4 at the WC's next year. As long as he stays injury free next year I think it's possible. But I think the 200m WR will stay until London 2012 where he'll break it again, we'll see..

this guy is freak of nature to run 19.56 into a -0.8 headwind without barely trying and the funny thing is that it was his first 200 meters race of the season. simply amazing

19.56 without even trying. Only like 3 men including himself have ran faster than that ever and he just did it without even trying...wow.

we have to understand he has dilemma in these kind of mediocre events. On one hand he wants to put up a good show for the spectators, while on the other hand he does not want to show his full potential. Obviously, he is waiting to for another big event to show his full potential. But, if you think about it 19.56 is a damn good time for 200m.

A 19.56 200 is like a jog to this man. What a freak(in the highest complimentary way). Men's sprinters worldwide(except Gay and Powell) should check their local newspaper's job section.
