I didnt put capitals, and i live in the netherlands. and i patched the version 2 a north american.

@hippievogelei it has to be a european version for these codes to work i think not amercian other then that mate im not sure it worked on my UK version

u dont need to put the code, when the game asks for it just press +++ and wait for the day to end. on the next day it wont ask for the code again.
