Chris Penn was funniest guy in the movie. I loved every time he gave Starsky grief calling him "Captain & Tennille" & "Sonny & Cher". What about when he dispatched "Zebra 3: two perps holding up a gumball machine on 5th street". I LOVED that scene.

RIP Chris Penn. I love this scene, and how all of Chris Penns' characters friends all laugh at his 'put downs' to Starsky despite them being completely unfunny and purile!! Reminds me of the 'family guy' scene when Peter is a pirate, and all of his new friends laugh at everything he says to attempt to belittle Lois. lol
