For those who are going "WTF", the whole incident occures over and over, except from now on, at the exact same point in his life, Howard heads to the village and obliterates all Shibito. This causes Bella to never become Amana, and everyone survives(or rather, never goes to the village in the first place). Sam gets transported back in time, and just before he dies he sends a e-mail to Howard to go to the village. Howard remembers, and decimates the Shibito. THERE. FUCKING EXPLAINED.

@GemoDawn I liked the end (the ending in this is the same as it was in the original siren) because basically the idea is that the main character, now armed with the tools to stop the monsters once and for all, basically cuts through the bullshit and wipes them all out. These creatures that were tormenting you throughout the game are no match for your character now, who has completely become the monster-slaying hero he was meant to be - and exacts vengeance.

Now you mix the ending of this game a little, you get the facts, Metal, Dante named, blue flame, and the fact that he was indeed in inferno. The only thing you have to do is transform that cube into an arm at the end of the new game, and you get the best storyline for a younger nero, way better than the new upcoming crappy dante, without the emo shit!

@roy4680 The boss is Uroburos, it symbolizes infinity, which is what the curse was revolving around, it isn't a bug, it's a snake, and it even shows it as the snake eating its own tail which is the most well known form of Uroburos. Also, just because you don't understand you don't understand something, doesn't make it bad. I personally think the ending is pretty bad ass.

Sam: Going back couples of decades in time. He is the one being inviting Howard at the begining of the game
