I've been going to the Richmond Frostfest since 1992 when it was at the Showplace in Mechanicsville, VA off of I-64. I also check out the Raleigh Hamfest in NC. Don't get off of I-85 to Route 1. That's the gauntlet right there. Stoplights all the way.
